I'm not getting it. DJ1, what exacting are you implying? There are SEVERAL "clothing optional" resorts and properties down here in Florida. Are you FOR or AGAINST it? These units should sell QUITE WELL!!!! There are a lot of "image-conscience" nudists that fill communities such as these. THEY don't want a bunch of perverts on their property. Once they all move in----believe me---they will STILL have the same problems with neighbors, rules, documents, etc., as the rest of us. They just argue them with their clothes off. DJ1, why did you forward this article?

You've heard of the phrase, tongue-in-cheek? It's meant to be some light-hearted humor.

Anne, I all FOR anything that would be an incentive to getting members to pay their dues. Some 'privileges' don't matter to some members so the loss wouldn't help keep them up to date, however, this privilege is more unique than most so anyone who decides to purchase in an condo that is offering this is more likely than not to want to maintain the privilege which is therefore an incentive to keep up to date. Just as someone who decides to buy into a hoa that offers airstrip landing as part of membership would be less inclined to go delinquent and lose that unique privilege!

Chill, eh!

Anna, I'm for it, but not with Eden Condos. The company is not known for keeping promises, telling the truth or satisfied customers. As a bonus:

"There are pending investigations by the Office of the Attorney General, Economic Crimes Division, and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation on Boca East and Adam Schlesinger, Eden's project manager".

Story is now being covered by CNN. Just one example of how HOA 'rules' can change to something you can't live with thus forcing you to sell and move. It sounded like the developer may still have majority control so he can bring whatever rules in he wants to get the property sold.
