I just received a phone call from a homeowner who attending their HOA Board meeting last night. They had presented problems with neighbors during the portion of the meeting which was open to homeowners for their comments. They just wanted to thank me for the professional manner in which their Covenant problems with neighbors is being approached. It made my day
Based on my experience no owner wants to hear they are in violation and almost all people want to be a GOOD NEIGHBOR. I've found that knowing the rules and following the golden rule can resolve most problems. I hope these thoughts can help you resolve neighborhood conflicts.
