I know everyone has seen my post regarding a recall election which is under way for one of our HOA Board members.
First, I noticed all the signs one of the supporters had been taken down. The signs did not say ANYTHING about the person who is being recalled, but rather reminded of the deadline, and that they can add their names to the ballot etc. Thats frustrating and it finally stopped after the 3rd day of being taking down and someone replacing each and every one..
One of the petition signers, one of the main "supporters" actually admitted " I didn't mail my ballot in" " I wasn't sure what to do with it or how to vote!!" (She "wasn't sure what to do with the BALLOT?" she signed the petition to remove our president!!!) People like this really exhist and live in every HOA out there.
Pardon me whilst I stand here next to this hard wall and KNOCK my head against it. It's frustrating........... Thank you for letting me vent. I know you all may or may not relate on some level to the horrific apathy that is a virus amongst HOA's.
