What is the posting due date & time for an agenda/notice for a regular board meeting scheduled for Wed Nov 16th at 1 pm?
California law requires 4 days notice.

Per Davis Sterling.. it's 4 days.. no later than Saturday the 12th at 1pm... you sort of answered your own question.
