Steve,

Take a look at the posting rules.

Tim

Why was it fine in 2016, but not alright today?

In 2016, Steve was developing the program and offering it for free to those who asked and would held beta test.

Now, it's more solicitation.

Mind you, I think the program is great (wished it worked with my version of excel).

At this point I have to agree with Tim. Freely available for evaluation and testing is fine. Now it's a commercial product. A very good one, by all accounts, but Posting Rule 2 is: "No Selling".

Sorry ... my bad. I was assuming OK based on prior experience. I will limit this thread to answering questions only.

I am undertaking our HOA Reserve Study Analysis at the behest of our HOA Manager, knowing that I am a graduate engineer and have addressed similar undertakings before I retired. I would very much like to have a looksee at the spreadsheet and verbiage you have developed. I am utilizing Windows 10 as well as Excel. And, have lots of experience with developing and formulating workbooks.

Thanks,

Hello Gary,

Please contact me. The spreadsheet is now an application that is being offered for purchase, but I can gladly direct you to where you can review the features.

Posting Rule #3 is also an issue, apparently. Yikes, real email and phone number, too.

WOW, I am hurt!

Have you ever read the posting rules yourself? They can be found HERE or you can click on the smiley face graphic at the top of every page where it says, "Our Posting Rules".

Number 3 says: "No Mention of Community/Company/Person Names: In order to fairly enforce (2) and prevent liability, we do not allow the mentioning of any community name, company name or product. Please also do not post the full name of any person."

The "full name of any person" includes one's own name, does it not? You will probably disagree. Is it reading comprehension that you have trouble with?

the 'relevance' to HOATALK is:

99.5% of us 'talkers' also began with milk

ergo

drinking mild eventually leads to poor reading comprehension ?
