I mean, these guys might just as well have a printing press in their basement printing money...

When unqualified amatuer "volunteers" have unlimited/unsupervised access to OUR money.

Geez, do you think that is why the CAI fights tooth and nail for any oversight here?

OMG!

I just went back to confirm the asskicking the Condo lawyers got in this case..

Now I don't have my reading glasses on so I might have misplaced a letter or two...

But the two attorneys representing the Condo were named:

Asslick and Allcock.

I mean you can't make this shit up can you? (well without reading glasses..)

Ahhhh.....Thats...Nislick and Allcock.

Anyway it seems this guy Allcock is a BIG STUD in CAI circles.

"Currently he is the co-chair of CAI’s Rhode Island Legislative Action Committee. Ed is also a member of
CCAL and is on the Law Seminar Planning Committee"

The CAI even has a COLLEGE of Community Associations Lawyers.

Mr Allcock was a Distinguished Speaker at one of their Law Seminars

Really?

What do they teach there?

How to trump up a charge as arbitrary as feeding the birds (off the assocication property no less )?

To result in something as unconscienable as taking someones home to pay the $60,000 in [email protected]$*% fines?

And these clowns are lobbying our legislature to PASS LAW?

If this doesn't give you pause, and make you really WORRY about how vulnerable your savings and equity are in these places......

Well then you obviously must be a board member and are mysteriously immune from the attention of guys like Allcock.

(one of the fringe benefits of "selfless volunteering" to serve on the board of our community associations)

Jon, you really are a dope.
You have no idea what the status is on my "complaint"
It is far from dead, and the issue of "fines" is only just getting started.

But don't let the facts discourage you from posting your crap....God knows what you are doing to your own neighbors with your ignorance!

Mike sounds like our CCO
