Has anyone had this situation? The company that bought the apartment complex and turned it into condominiums, wants t0 rent part of the club house as their office for a few months t0 a year beginning in March of 09. If this were done, has anyone done such a thing and if so, what would be a good leasing agreement? or an example of same?
