We recently found some condo map error.
I believe the CC&R is incorrect or some common area (exclusive common area ) is not specified whose responsibilities.
We have a huge roofdeck (1200) but with two skylines windows , one is dental office downbelow and one is garage skyline. We are not sure who supposed to be responsible for these two windows but we do have exclusive use of this common area , even repair.
I try to pin the builder to responsible for this condo map error but no good luck since it is after 12 years.
Is CC&R or condo map under the same 10 year warranty period?
