Our covenants specifically state a minimun sq. footage for a ranch and for a 2 story home. There are 13 remaining lots to be sold and now a homeowner wants to increase the minimum size by 200 sq. feet. All lots have been purchased from forclosure, under the current covenant guidelines. Is this possible? Trustees are not in favor of the change. The subdivision is in Jefferson County, MO.
