In reading the form I believe that it is due on March 15th but others interpret it as April 15th. Anyone care to provide guidance on this? Thanks |

Chris, As I read the instructions, the form is required when your tax return is due. If your Association fiscal year is different then the calender year the date could be different. Otherwise, I would expect April 15th to be the deadline. Tim |

| It's not in the instructions. I seem to recall that corps have an extra month to file if they are on a calendar year. |

Taken from the 1120-H instructions from the IRS Generally, an association must file Form 1120-H by the 15th day of the 3rd month after the end of its tax year. I would take it that there are due..............today |

Richard, Yep, I see it now. I misread a different section. I suspect others who said April 15th also misread the same section. Thanks, Tim |

Richard, I looked all through the instructions twice and didn't see it. Exactly where did you find it. I haven't worked in so many years that I can't recall the exact due date but I do seem to recall there was an extra month for corps. Maybe I'm wrong! |
