I am locatd in Washington DC suburb and lately I have been hearing about Mold issues and how moisture causes that. There are legal and liability issues.
What are the association responsibilities on this environmental issue? Specially when it is in common areas such as laundry room. If a building skin leaks and causes mold growth in an apartment interior, what is the association liability limit?
