Hi All, I have been looking for software for our HOA for some time, as our old managment co had a fire and lost all our records. The large management co use various propietary programs that cost fortunes and dont give you what you as a board or hoa owner want. One of the small one man firms we interviewed uses "Filemaker" and this does it all. I would reccomend it to everyone. Its inexpensive $ 199 to $1300 or more depending on users Its versatile specify each particular unit and asset Its expandible from pro 6 to pro 8,5 Its web compatible for your website Lots of third party developers You or your HOA own it and the information. Back up Back up Your Management Co can buy it and use it for all clients They will send you a free disk for 30 day trial New versions need Windows XP Supports up to five users at one time, even the trial disk Buy sone "Filemaker" Magazines, Check the websites and user groups enough said very good for accounting too. Other software Backpack, Writeboards, Bluehost.com websites Adrianc
