I am in the panhandle FL region and helping launch a
new loan service for upside down home/condo owners.
I have been invited to speak at some HOAs and the product
sells itself.... truly no brainer for the homeowner. I won't
list features here since I am not trying to sell.... just trying
to find out how to most professionally get in touch with the HOAs
so they can help out their community.
So, as an example, spoke to a group of about 150 the other night
with a little over half of them wanting to participate because of
the way their home was financed: the other half simply could not
participate because of their current financing structure.
My issue is
1) How do I find the local HOA's and
2) How to best contact without spamming them.
I would welcome any advice.
