We are a 380+ self managed HOA in San Jose CA. We are updating our current employee policy manual for our employees. We are wanting to receive input on how specifically your compensation for Sick/Vacation/Holiday are calculated and written on your policy to see if we are comparable to the current market. We are also interested in knowing the current rate for office managers and maintenance staff who are on call.
