I am trying to compile a list of condominiums in Washington State. The RCWs for condominiums do not provide for open board of directors meeting, but the RCWs for home owners associations do. I believe we should lobby the state to add the open meeting provisions to the condominium act.
Anybody have any information on this subject. Thanks. Nancy
