I see that the Marina Club Condos are advertising that they are building a 12 story condo with a marina across from the entrance to Oyster Harbour. Does anyone know if this deal has been approved. How will this affect the value of our properties in Oyster Harbour?

MichaelL1,

You may want to indicate the state, and city/town you are in. HOATalk members are nationwide.

Your best bet for an answer on the property value question is to talk to a local Realtor. Realtors on the island are likely to know of the project and its impact, since they have to account for that in their normal business.
