Jack,

You can get this info from the Corp. Commission website:

www.cc.state.az.us/ click on "Divisions/Section", click on "Corporations", click on "Starting a business"

You will note that only Articles of Incorporation are required to be filed with the Corp. Commission. However, bylaws and CCRs should already have been prepared, the latter must be recorded with the Co. Recorder's Office. All these documents should have been prepared b/4 any homes are even built -- this is a requirement of the public report which all developers must submit to the R.E. Department. If you are purchasing a home/property in a new s/d you are required to be given a copy of the public report and read it b/4 signing a contract to buy a home or property.

Where are you located in AZ? I'm in N. Glendale.

What is a POA?

POA = Property Owners Association. Different states have different designations for common interest associations.

Thx Susan! I didn't notice the date. I'm sure Jack is long gone by now.
