MissyW,
I live in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I don’t believe our management co. covers the Gainesville area, they may though. My Management Co. is Heritage Property. Our property manager has been very helpful to our community.
I highly recommend them if they service your areas.
I think JulieS lives in Georgia as well. Maybe she can recomend a management co.

Best of luck

Missy,

We use CommunityOne Associates....and they have some properties up your way. They do have a website if you would like to get the contact info for them there. Additionally, they work with a really good law firm that specializes in HOA's in Georgia.

I highly recommend WNCW...they provide a free HOA seminar to their retainer clients each spring (I've been to two). Additionally, I receive their newsletter, Community Advisor, that is put out 3x a year, again free to clients and very informative. We have them do our collections...they don't get paid unless we get paid. They offer a number of publications and have done wonders for the HOA/POA laws in Georgia. I can view our collections process via their website and 'collection wizzard'. Our attorney is easily accessible via email with any questions that I have. I am very pleased with them.
