I am on the board of an HOA in the West Palm Beach/Lake Worth/Wellington area of south Florida. We are currently not satisfied with our Management Company. Are there any board members out there that have a management company that has given good service to your HOA's? We are looking for a bonded and insured company that does accounting, deposits, violation patrol and letters (with intellegence and sensiblity- not Condo Nazis !) and will file state documents and arrange meetings. Not an easy task. There are a slew that advertise in our area but each one seems worde than the last ! Help .......

Check the community associations network link on this site and go to Florida. There should be a list of management companies and attornies. This may be a good start. You can always ask for references upon receiving proposals from various companies. Check with other HOA's to see who they are using and if they are satisifed with the service they receive.

Before you bop over to CAN, the Florida directory is finished and up yet. There are a few states to go including two of the big ones FL and CA.
