My HOA board is receptive to the idea of making sure our community is prepared for the day when a homeowner wishes to deploy solar panels or a wind turbine or other renewable energy technology. Some of our neighbors have had geothermal systems in place for over 20 years. I volunteered to find existing HOA covenants that were friendly towards these technologies. Does anyone have good expamples of such progressive covenants? Thanks in advance.
