Would it matter to you as a homeowner to know your management co has a long history of judgments against them for breach of contract?
Would it matter to you to know one of their officers have a permenant injunction against them? Would it matter to you to know they are currently involved in breach of trust and using monies not theirs to use? Think the D.A. cares? Not at all. This is cival not criminal. When does it matter how many have to be hurt before a DA will file charges?
