Can anyone offer some insight as to how to begin getting property values to increase in a Condo community that only offers a half-court basketball area, a full tennis court, and an acceptable play area for children that is fenced?

Beyond this, no other ammenitiies offered, can't have an RV or the likes there of. Oh but wait, lots of areas to walk, but that is it.

Randy, can you improve parking facilities? Can the HOA Buy one or two ground floor units and provide indoor recreational facilities? Can laundry facilities be improved? Can security be improved? Have you done a survey of the current owners and solicited their ideas?
