After homeowners report to the State our Asssociation landscaper was fined 800$ by the State for his gross violation of the pesticide aplication laws.To pacify him the Board with managements approval has paid 400 of his fine. Such an immoral and very possibly ilegal endorsment of the law violation by both Board and mismanaging agentis is an insulkt to human decency and inteligence. Hear Y'A Hear Y'A all normal Folks Unbelievable decission by the Board of Burr Oaks Landscaper's violation of the pesticide law Was finerd by the State with a lot of dough His fine was the violation penalty tax In amount of 800 bucks Landscaper has used his verbal sword To threaten mismanagement and directors of the board If you want continuation of that fine service of mine You must pay a half of that fine Do you believe it....for heaven sake They gave him 400$ back They both were way out of the line Forsing victimized to pay half of their victimizer's fine |

Your poem was great . . . But - What do you mean "to pacify him"? Did he claim that he was directed to apply this certain substance by the board, no matter what? (Do it and see if we are caught mentality) By the way - what was applied? ________________________________________- With apology to Michael Jackson: Just do it, Do it, Put the stuff on, No matter what will come, The Board said Just do it, Do it. |

Vladmir, Did the Board ask him or insist to him that he use a banned pesticide? Or did the Board ask him to spray in an area that is banned? If they did and he got fined because of the Boards requests to him, then I might understand some payment to him. Is he that dumb that he, hopefully licensed, does not know the pesticide restrictions? If there was no Board requests on his pesticide use, then I would say "BYE BYE!! to him and find another landscaper asap. |

with apologies to Simon/Garfunkel Malathion my old friend I've come to spread you out again to kill the buggies softly creeping into the homes where i am sleeping And the comp'ny that was hired to obtain pest free again did earned a fine, compliance. But they refuse to pay alone to our board did telephone Split the fine with the HOA Board agreed to do it right away And my dues were raised in the blink of a neon light can that be right to pay their fine, compliance? And in our foolish board i saw ten IQ points, maybe more people talking without speaking People hearing without listening People making rules that no one can enforce And even worse did pay the fine, compliance "Fools", said I, "You do not know blackmail like a cancer grows Pay them now and they'll return for more cash when next time turns But my words like silent raindrops fell and echoed in the boards compliance And the board did write a check To the ones who did inspect and we cried out with our protest But the words ignored by all the rest and the board said "the fine of the vendor half pay it yes we shall and do it well and paid it, the fine, compliance |

| Thank you. Give me your e mail and I will send you part one of the poem. After being fined for multiple violation: no notification before,no proper makers after, unlicensed worker, not known chemicalsh he refused to do the work according to the law. Board tried to" pacify him. i.e. to do the proper work( cheaper then others). Board had no idea what he is spraying. He did what ever he wanted.Result: we have a new one following the law. |

| Board neither knew or cared what he was doing. Now we have one respecting the pesticide application laws. |

Vladimir, The board's first act of stupidity was to hire an unlicensed contractor. Their second act of stupidity was to pay half his fine. If they commit a third act of stupidity it's time for a recall. Three strikes and you're out!!! |

For Susan w1(Michigan) The Part one of the poem: For some homeowners our State laws are just a piece of paper They care more for a negligent landscaper Some homeowners are being ignorant and so very unfair Letting their grandchildren to breath that pesticided air Permitting them carelessly to go ahead To walk and play in the grass where poison was spread Amazingly even our two attorney Welcommed their grandchildren to such unhealthy journey Go kids and enjoy your very healthy walks Through poisoned unmarked and flagless lawns of Burr Oaks Some dog owners were also enjoying walking their dog And breathing together that chemical fog WHY? Because the Board has never told landscaper very properly so EITHER YUOU OBEY THE LAW OR YOU MUST GO |
