I am new to the idea of a HOA and have been elected to the Board of Directors. I have read the by-laws and would like to know if anyone knows where I can find mandated information from the state of Pennsylvania that helps to explain how the standards are set up.
Any help would be appreciated.

PA Uniform Planned Community Act.gov
These are gvt statutes on which your Declaration and Bylaws are based.
