Can anyone interpret this for me, thanks......

Cummulative or Class Voting shall not be allowed for the election to the Executive Board.

Does this mean one vote per unit and or lots (that the Declarant ownes).

Cumulative voting is a voting process where if there are five positions to be filled, each voter has five votes. Those five votes can be spread around--one vote for each office, or the votes can be accumulated so that all five votes (or a portion thereof) could be made for a single candidate. (There are other variations of cumulative voting, this is just the easiest example to explain.)

Cumulative voting is an important concept to empower minority interests, so that a minority will have at least some representation at the table.

Yes, it means ONE vote for EACH election held.

Your ballot should state how many times the ONE voter can vote on the same ballot showing all nominess.

For exsmple: 7 people running for 4 postions - voters should vote for 4 (or less) people on the same ballot. Top 4 get the positions.
