Our association in Florida (Port Royale) found a great consulting company that doesn't charge any fees. If anyone is interested, they can help you negotiate your cable renewals on a contingency basis and get your HOA revenue sharing on purchased services.

Has anyone out there done WIFI Internet at their community? It sounds cool but the technology scares me.
