I know that Condo 718 has been changed to make anyone who is 90 days late or more deemed to have abandoned office and ineligible to serve.

Can anyone tell me if the same now applies to 720 and if so provide a link or source so I may look it up.

It is all that I could find.

3) If the governing documents so provide, an association may suspend the voting rights of a member for the nonpayment of regular annual assessments that are delinquent in excess of 90 days
