Hello All,
I'm in need of advice on an outline and format for a newsletter to our condominium HOA members. Our Complex is small and intimate, just 24 units. We are all new members as our complex just completed construction in Dec. 2005. I am a new board member and am faced with the tasks of informing our members of various issues at hand, specifically personal responsibility around the complex. If anyone has any suggestions or templates that could help they would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Tim

I prepare our newsletters in Word. There is a heading at the top with our logo. The newsletters have included various items over the past years. Just depends on what you want to get into. I will be happy to email you a couple via response to an email from you if you'd like. I usually open one of the documents and save as the current, then make changes to what needs to be put out there. Sometimes I had pictures and advertising.

I am new to our BOD as well, but we have about 230 homes. I just began a newsletter, which I make in Microsoft Publisher with a "newsletter" template. It has gotten great response. If it would help, I will certainly email our newsletter to show you the format that we have developed!!
