VA POA law

VA State Senator Jill Vogel is at it again. Her bill, introduced last session, which would give individual judges the right to change any record in the land use office died in committee. This bill would open the door for all types of abuse. I just got an email from her office..this is section that deals with that bill..

"I pushed legislation through the Senate to address flaws in the code affecting property owner associations, specifically communities in peril like Lake Holiday in Frederick County."

She owns property in Lake Holiday and doesn't like the ruling by the VA Supreme Court..so she wants to change the law..

and she's going to reintroduce it soon..

I know there are several other forum regulars who were painfully aware of the law she introduced.
