I am president of my hoa and need a reserve study done, were would I go to get one?

Try the Community Associations Institute caionline.org. They have lists of reserve planners in every State. Regardless of what you dig up, I'd suggest you knock on a few doors. Go to neighboring properties, ones that are similar to yours, and track down the Board President. Ask him or her if they have had any experience with reserve planners and, if they were good experiences, get the planner's name and phone number. When you have a few "good ones" to call, be ready with the a list of questions you'll want answered. I have a new chapter in our book on that subject and would be pleased to get a copy of the chapter to you. It's complimentary by the way.
