What is the reason the lawyer was at the meeting ? seems like the treasure was speaking for him, and we were not told why when asked.

ParkP - What was on the agenda for the meeting? Your post needs a bit more.....detail.

No agenda,Ho are wondering why this is taking place after the other post, some people feel this is an expense that we could be without.

Park - I'm sorry, but if you are going to post here, you are going to have to be more clear!

What do you mean it "seemed like the treasurer was speaking for him."

What "post" are you talking about? Your posts on this site?

Did the lawyer speak at all? Was he asked any questions? It may have been that he just wanted to (or was asked) to observe the meeting.

No agenda? No "written agenda"? or no order to the meeting, at all?
