We are currently looking for a new Property Management Company for our HOA in the Indianapolis area, does anyone know or recommend one?
Long story short this will be our 3rd for the year. We started out with our existing PM from 2005 and she later sold the business to a new company. We were happy with that change because we were having so many problems with the old. The new company took on more than they could handle and just informed me they will be closing the doors in 30 days. So I know need to find a good company to replace.
