Our POA and the metro district of the same community are considering combining both organizations into one --- operate with one board instead of two, etc. --- here in Eagle-Vail, Colorado. Does anyone have any experience with doing this or the name of an attorney that assisted with such a project in the greater Denver/Colorado area?
