Do you need the HOA approval to have a sign installed that says something to the effect of Handicapped or Deaf child in the area? What if the county just puts one in without the HO getting approval. The roads belong to the county.

That's what I was thinking, but the BOD wants to control/restrict on street parking so I wasn't sure who really was in control.

Charles,

So what's the problem? Is someone unhappy with that type of sign? Those signs are installed at the request of a person who is dealing with a handicapped or deaf child. No Board has any rights to denying any County signs. Remember the Heirarchy of laws? County prevails over the HOA.
