Our BOD needs to create HOA "illegal parking" stickers, giving a car/truck notice that the next time parked on private streets, a towing company will be called. Any suggestions for catalog, vendor, etc. I am southern California association. We might use 3 stickers a year. Jackie |

| Since this is just a "warning" type.. we used (and quite effective) some computer-generated notices that your vehicle is illegally parked, the license number noted and will be towed if found in the future..... or words to that effect) |

| Sounds good to me. Have you ever had to have someone towed? |

Yes... three times so far... tw0 from a handicapped parking... after the second time, the word got around.... A third time from a 10 minute parking.... I thought the word had gotten around about this 10 minute parking because we put many notices on windshields previously and it, in all essence, stopped but one vehicle chanced it and we towed it. |

Jackie: for three stickers a year I would create something on cardstock and place it under the windshield wiper... |

California has a "law" for everything it seems????? The notice must be attached to window behind the driver = back passenger.. so it must be sticky. I think I have found the answer but appreciate your thoughts and comments. Jackie |

| If you establish a relationship with a towing company that does impound towing, they will usually have these on hand and will give to you for free, since they know that they are probably going to eventually get some business from this. |

| Are you classified as a 501(c)(4) not for profit association? If so read the tax code regarding parking requirements (RTC23701f) I believe. |
