My association's Fiscal year is July 1-June 30th. The association has hired a manager who states that "the association should go to a Calendar year". I see no reason to amend our governine documents for no reason other than his convience. Is there a reason?
My questions are: Is there an advantage or a disadvantage to staying with the July 1-Jun 30th?
Is there an advantage or a disadvantage to changing to the January 1-December 31th year?
I would appreciate your input.
