Hello all, wished to let you how the threatening Board Member played out in regards to my earlier thread ( with the typo inforcement )

The approach was to have this man speak in executive session as appropriate. He was going on about the miswording of his citation letter and felt this was a complete blunder on the boards ends and he wanted to have apology letters sent out to all homeowners who got one as "he was sure they got something similar". He was raising his voice and trying to intimidate while presenting his concerns and lets not forget his emails of threat to go "door to door" to recall the "entire board" and make a reference to the one who did the walk through "made up rules" as they walked through the property.

Before he knew it the President spoke and said. Before we go any futher about this, there have been more than a few errors in regards to the wording of our citation letters. The letters that went out from our MC did not refer to which rule was being infracted upon and that was unfortunate. I do beleive that what needs to happen is corrected letters to go out and the ones' where rules are not obvious letters of apology need to be received. It was NOT one person's intention or th BOARDS INTENTION.. but rather a failure to provide proper documentation of which rules and bylaws were being broken. You are correct XXXX but the exchange of emails sent to board members with concerns was not the way to properly process this. The MC needs to be more throurough and at times what appears to be a "board blunder" is often not what it appears.. IT COMPLETED DEFLATED THIS MAN'S CAUSE, HIS FIGHT AND ANY FURTHER REASON TO CONTINUE... IT WAS PERFECT.

Be cautious as you never know what can happen when threats of this mans nature really could turn out ot be. He emailed daily, pointed many fingers and called more than a few names... not a way conduct yourself and I think it was clear to him that all concerns of this nature should be brought to an ES vs. spewing his BS via email.. it's not ok and often can even intimidate or make one look like a large butt head then one really intends.
