Apartments converted to Condo units by Company B. How long can remnants of Company B remain at the condo compound before they can be removed? They are using part of the building purely as a rental agency for many investors. The remnants of that Company B rents out the units for the investors and the tenants (who never meet the owners) pay their rents.... their complaints.... etc to the remnants of the Company B that occupies part of the building..... I happen to know that the declarant period is officially up in March of 2009.

Alex unless your CC&R's specify a specific % when the Declarant transitions out and they have reached it then it would seem that you answered your own question: March 2009. At which point if they remained they would be a tenant and have no official power over the HOA.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions
