HI!! I'm glad I found this site 'cause we are starting an HOA for a brand new townhome project that will be closing as of Sept. 1st. I will be the HOA Manager (have my CAM license in FL)... my first time doing any of this! I have many Q's already and am sure I will have more along the way. ANY & ALL assistance I can get will be GREATLY appreciated! For now, could anyone email me a SAMPLE INTRODUCTION LETTER? I need to have one ready by July 11th and really don't know what info should go into the initial Intro Letter to the Owners. My email address is [email protected].
