Hello. I have a question. I had a leak / occur in my kitchen that damaged adjoining hall and living room from a slow leak discovered last week when I had my washer delivered and installed. When the old one was moved out there was a puddle of water on the floor, some moldy papers and you could clearly see that the laminate flooring was definately damaged and over the last week the damage is also noted in the hall an in the kitchen.

I called my homeowner's insurance. They require a copy of our CC&RS! Is that common?

I don't know if it is common, but they probably want to make sure of what their liability is. Because lines of responsibility vary from condo to condo they want to ensure that they are not paying for something that your association must cover.

Yes, that's common since your "betterments or Additions and alterations" coverage usually picks up where the master policy leaves off.
