If the board is found To Be "fixing" an annual election in order to keep the Status Quo, they should be:
a. Prosecuted to the full extent of the law:

b. Recalled;

c. Complimented on making the effort to "Save The Community":

Found fixing by who and what is the proof?

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

How did they fix it? My vote is for "B" but you better have everything documented and physical proof before you make those kind of acusations. The proof cannot be hearsay and it wil have to be accoriding to your State Statutes.

I wish someone would "fix the vote" here. We are lucky if we have enough warm bodies to serve on the board. I would love to step down.

How do you "fix" an annual election? My personal opinion is the governing documents and election rules must be followed. If there is any attempt to circumvent that process, the offending party should be held accountable.

I'm experiencing that in my HOA. Our bylaws provide a narrow, specific time frame for holding the annual meeting. The last day to be in that time frame is Monday the 30th. Since the board hired a certain management company, there have been nothing but problems with annual meetings.

I firmly believe people WILL get involved if there are kept regularly informed and if there are asked to do specific tasks. At least that's been my experience. The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and regularly is critical. I think too many HOAs forget that. My HOA is a good example of that, too. I am involved and working toward change and I have recruited other volunteers. It takes time but I am more than willing to give it.

Good luck!

Oddly enough I would like to know how you fix this kind of election. Definitely not going to be able to answer this unless there are specific details. Definitely

If you can prove that someone did something to rig an election please post the specs because we are all a bit lost.
