We are looking for bookkeeping or accounting services from a firm that is NOT associated with property management. Other than word-of-mouth, does anyone know where I might find a listing of qualified firms?

None of the 'directories'indicate the areas of specialty. We would like a firm that currently services HOAs or Condos and has that type of experience.

We are located in SW Florida. Thanks.

The yellow pages either online or the old fashioned five pound paper kind. Under bookkeeping start at A (or letter of your choice) and start dialing until you find someone that fits your criteria.

Be sure to hire a firm that specializes in homeowner's associations or condo bookkeeping.
