Hey I am a newly licensed FLCAM and I am having difficulty finding job openings in the industry. I have worked in the industry for over a year (not as a manager) and have bachelors degree.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can go to find openings? or recruiters??
I appreciate any feedback. THANKS!

Look up the following magazine on your computer: Florida Community Association Journal. At the top are "condo jobs" which will show you lots of openings in Florida.

You may or may not be aware of how many poor management companies are here in Florida, especially here in North Florida. You might drive around to HOAS or condos and speak to some owners to see if they are happy with their present management company. If they are unhappy make your pitch. Our HOA (townhomes) had a problem with an incompetent PM, (and I might add this company is nationwide but employed a retired fellow who did didly). So we switched to another that was worse and then because we couldn't find another company (after many phone calls) went back to the first. It was still not doing what we were paying for and finally found a new PM that is professional and very responsive to our concerns. Good luck in your search and remember good PMs are hard to find.
