Greetings!

We are a new homeowner's association with a brand new community center. The community center has just been finished and I need guideslines and rules for our members, i,e, who can use the center, who cleans up, people outside of the community use, hours, any details whatsoever someone could share with me in this regard. Our by-laws are pretty vague and we need to get something in place so when I'm approached for the use of the community center, I can guide them.
