Homeowners in Maryland have an opportunity to influence public policy.
The Maryland Task Force on Common Ownership Communities is accepting public testimony in person, by mail or by e-mail. This is your opportunity to right many wrongs and influence Condo/HOA/Co-op public policy by making your problems and solutions known to this Task Force. Maryland Homeownersâ Association (MHA) strongly encourages you to do so. The Task Force will be hearing public testimony from 4 to 7 pm on:
Thursday, June 15, 2006 Holiday Inn, Ocean City, MD 21842
Tuesday, June 20, 2006 Stamp Student Union, University of Maryland, College Park, MD 20742
Thursday, June 29, 2006 Joint Hearing Room, Annapolis 21401
Thursday, July 20, 2006 Winchester Hall, Frederick, MD 21701
Tuesday, July 25, 2006 Beth El Congregation, Baltimore, MD 21208
