Our governing documents do not have timeline set for getting the draft of the Board minutes or the AGM minutes out. It seems as though a week should be long enough, IMHO, since note taking and memory can only last so long. Do other HOA's have directives for this timeframe?

We do not have a set time noted in our documents. When we finish with our board meetings, I immediately type them up and send to board members via email for changes and approval, then we post on our website. For the annual meeting, they are typed up immediately, saved and then approved at next year's meeting.
