Do you have any ideas on what may be the best approach for a campaign flyer ? I am on the ballot for next months election and was quite taking back by one that I already mentioned by another board member. His clearly stated he spearheaded all activiities over the last 4 months, attempting to take "credit" for our boards decisions. He personally has listed things that clearly show no working knowledge of Davis Sterling, ccrs bylaws and rules.

I myself do not have the intention of running this man into the ground ( but would love to with this yahoo) , but would like to make reference that I would hold the board to follow the above mentioned. ( In the past the board on a whole has made errors due to lack of working knowledge of the ds, ccr etc.) I personally have brought a few things to light with them which was NOT accepted until it was confirmed by our management comapany and atty. I would like to protect our property from all possible liability and hold keeping the property to a high cosmetic standard. ( It has bad paint, awnings torn and our board thinks this is ok! )

ANY IDEAS on how this should be phrased or have you seen a campaign letter that you could give an example?

( I also plan on referencing our own ccr's which clearly states the electtion proceedure, #1 due to the fact most don't know how it works.. and #2 the above mentioned yahoo asked people to mark "Ed for President" on their ballot. ( It doesn't work that way here. )

THank you in advance.. I hope to hear a reference or idea or two.
