Does anyone out there have an example of a good management contract they can provide to me?

If so, email me at [email protected]

Thanks

Jeff, I am emailing to [email protected] our basic Agreement. Keep in mind that every item in an Agreement is negotiable.

Hi Roger,

I'd appreciate the chance in receiving a copy of your Management Agreement as well.

Would you please send it to [email protected]

Thanks much, in advance.

Roger, I also would love to have a copy of your Management Contract. Currently our Management Company reports to and is owned by the Developer and they only implements rules/regulations that they approve of.

Would also like to know if the board can fire the management company when it is owned by the developer?

DWayne, give me your email address and I will send a copy of our basic Management Agreement. The board is currently controlled by the Developer and uses his MC. But in answer to your question the answer is a qualified yes because it depends on the terms in the Agreement.

May I suggest if you desire a copy of a Management Agreement or Portfolio of Services please email me at the email address posted. That will eliminate unneccessary posts on this thread.

Thank you, RogerB
