Does anybody know what the law in Texas is regarding the length of time in which the HOA has a right to legally enforce one of their deed restrictions.

We have lived in our house for 5 years and are just now getting letters regarding my husband's commercial vehicle being parked in the driveway and that it is against the deed restrictions. I am thinking they only have a year to enforce the deed restrictions... does anyone know??

Thanks for your help!

Yes for past violations. A current violation, your husband parking today, can be enforced.
