Recall of Directors

We have started a recall against 2 directors. Anyone with tips or advice? The directors continue to act in bad faith and in violation of the law. They were voted in by default as no one else ran.

I was a board member who was removed....it was the worst thing our community has ever gone through. It was very expensive to the association and divided our community beyond anyone's imagination. Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences of my life, as a board member and also as a resident of the community.

My advice is to think long and hard about what you are about to embark upon. What are the reasons for removing the board?

I am now back on the board and we are moving the community forward in a positive direction. Hopefully, we will never have to go through anything like that again.
